The PE culture is sick. The 20 something VP was rude to our partner because our team took thanksgiving and the day before off and it was in the engagement letter that we were gonna be off. Im getting into swimming and I’m like OCD about my watch tracking my workout as accurate as possible (even if it’s not the most accurate 🤷🏻‍♀️). I used the open swim for the first time yesterday and one down is 25 yds but one full lap is 50 yds and regardless I don’t think it tracked my swim accurately. Is there a trick? Lol I input 25 yds as a lap but maybe I needed to put 50? Silly little thing but it’ll drive me crazy haha

Well, got my annual physical, and I have high blood pressure, just shy of hypertension. I work out, eat very healthy and I’m fairly young. I think the likely culprit is the stress of producing because they found no other health reasons that would cause it.

Has anyone else in the bowl dealt with HBP related to work stress? If so, was there anything you did that helped address it? As stressful as it is, I love producing, and I don’t like the idea of leaving the field if I can manage it.
