AT&T Hi friends, I have cleared technical and manager round in AT&T recently and hr called me yesterday and offered some x amount as base salary. I have requested to increase 1 lakh base salary and she said like she will check. Today I called hr and she said like she requested for approval. Is this approaval for offer ? Or just for compensation approval?. Can anybody explain this?. Also will they put hold like MNCs if we requested amount is more in ATT? Appreciated your reply friends. Thank you.
