Recently joined PWC india, Advisory- Risk Assurance service Role I got.
4.5 YOE senior software Engineer.
So what type of project I will get in this role.
My Tech Stack- Java backend, aws cloud.
Other people got Technology analyst role with the same YOE.
Please help me on this.

Eyeing an open spot as a Senior Manager GPS Contracts DOD Sub-Sector Lead. What would be the anticipated compensation (base + bonus%?) for this role? I imagine it’s an internal (non-client facing) role within the larger GPS division. Currently have 14+YOE of specialized DOD contracting experience to include supervisory experience. TIA

hey, I joined Deloitte in June 2020 as an GPS SA analyst, I just staffed on internal project only providing me adjusted utilization. Now my standard util is 40 and my adjusted is 105... and this project last in another month... by then my standard util might be 20.. will my promotion be affected by this? My target promotion year on TOD is 2022. My manager said we might sell to client and extend this project in September but nothing guaranteed.

Guys I am on talent pool since last 3 months and I am worried now wrt my job security in the company. I see no open position for india geography in open careers page and not sure if I will get a project any sooner. Should I be worried? Anyone have any idea about globant firing employees on bench?

Currently an analyst-level consultant working with a client that has an investment banking division. Since I have access to internal systems, could I reach out to bankers for networking from within using those systems? Or would that be too aggressive? lol

At what point does the value of a degree fall off? I'm in my early 30s, and have five years of experience, and work on a very theoretically interesting project. I believe I'm on track to promotion in the next year. So, I could put in a year of full time school to check the box off, but I'd be sacrificing hobbies and social life (not to mention cost). I’m working in a large fund; market neutral public market strategy funds; am about to be recommended for a promotion to associate.
