I'm due to join mastercard on Jan 5 in CNPF(Commercial and new payments flow) department. Can u please share how this department is in terms of work, scope, stability and exposure to development ?

I've an offer from Lloyds Bank at Hyderabad offering 6 lacs more than mastercard. The work domain at that bank is more aligned to what I am currently doing in trading technology.

Kindly advise.

Just got a freelance gig for $1250 for 2 shoot days, but they’re asking for hourly rate for prep days. Not sure what rate to give them & if I should base it on a 10 or 12 hr hourly rate. Now I have only 2 days to accept the offer, not yet accepted.
My queries are 1) my 1st exp original services letter is not found ( lost somewhere), have scanned copy , I have supporting doc like form no 16 , full and final settlement , salary slip
2) i don't have a relieving letter from one of the org as they only provided an exp letter, in the same company.

I got offer letter from mastercard with joining date as 14 nov and my LWD is 23 nov.. So i informed HR and they agreed that revised joining date will be provided as per LWD screenshot from current organization.

Now I have done follow up multiple time and they are saying they will do it and keep trust on them but not providing ETA.

So any one gone through these scenario and does mastercard extended joining date??
