Am having an architect level(python) offer with Persistent for Netazza client. I have heard it's a 20+ year old project and lot of people are working in it from 10+ years. Just wanted to know how is the culture, work life balance and stability in this "Netazza" project.

Persistent conducts interviews just for timepass. After clearing all rounds they don't offer. Aspiring candidate dont attend interviews.
