Really struggling with a few students in my kindergarten class this year and looking for suggestions. Several students continually talk, yell, and laugh over me, or make noises when I am talking. Offer in hand: HCL 18.5 lpa || NTT data 20 LPA (shifts) || LTI 19 LPA and 1 lakh JB
I want to show counter offer of 20 lpa to LTI and ask for 20% hike that is 24 lpa. Will LTI give that kind of hike ? Please share your advice on this. and also which company to join.
