Hi Guys, Currently am working with KPMG global as a Consultant and my fixed package is 12.3 + 15% bonus. I managed to clear HCl interview process and got 17.5 in which 14.7 is fixed + bonus of 87k and annual bonus of 1 lakh. Is it a good offer as I have 6.5 years of experience ? I have also heard HCL giving around 5-7% yearly hike and you dont get 100% bonus as well. And what about onsite opportunities?

During 2016, I was selected for wipro as a fresher undergone training, but I did not clear the training exams, so wipro terminated me.During tht time I created NSR profile, after tht I joined another MNC as fresher. I never mentioned wipro exp as previous exp anywhere. Now recently I got a offer frm wipro. here also I did not tell that I was earlier termined by wipro.If wipro asks me to provide NSR details during my joining, does NSR have my previous exp in their db? Join any dam company in world but dont join lala company HCL. Worked there for 20 days only last yr and 1year later i got my relieving letter after multiple tortures of legal notices for not serving notice period even though when they themselves released me.. from 160k to 0 that i paid them. I could easily sue them for harrasment but i didn't wanted to get involved in useless sh** and waste my time and energy .. BEWARE OF HCL
