I am a SAPUI5 and BTP developer with
5.3 years of exp. I have two offers. Confused which one to choose.

Deloitte USI - 18 fixed + 0-10% variable + 1 lakh joining bonus.
LTM - 20.75 fixed + 0-10% variable.

Deloitte is a great brand but when I checked with SAP consultants in linkedin they say wlb is very poor(12-14) hrs, weekend works, no comp off.
LTM offers me the highest but when I connected with people in linkedin they say there are not much SAP projects. Some people are in bench.

What is the potential contract rate or full time salary for a python full stack developer in Toronto ?

Joined LTI recently in P3 band. However not allocated any project. Got a call from the resource management team to relocate, which I rejected upfront as I was promised a role in the location I am posted. It has been over 2 weeks since I am in bench. What shall be the next steps, shall I wait for some days or start looking for other jobs as getting a project looks difficult as there are minimalist responses.

I have submitted the documents for LTI..before an formal HR call one lady HR called me and ask for expected CTC..i have one offer in hand and i demand 20% of that offer as fixed..she asked me to negotiate and so i went for 20% of offer as total CTC instead of fixed..she simply said OK thats it..and call ended..will I get positive note from them....?
