I am confused considering there would be tax deductions as well. So which one seems better? Also, if I ask EY to match the offer by Tredence, would they do it, or simply cancel my offer? My joining date is 1st Sept. YOE: 4.2

Hi Everyone. I completed my 1 year in EY in October 2022. And in my profile, they have updated it to Senior Analyst now. But that was a progression that happens every year and I have not received the incremented salary.

Now that they are giving increments to everyone, will I receive both progression and increment or my progression will be counted as increment.
