Hi guys, I have completed more than 18 months in IBM, how can I get promotion as nothing is clear about the process? I am now 6B how can I get it asap? I have completed all the training and nothing is pending but not got any response from Pem yet as I tried to follow up 2-3 times. Please guide.

My total experience is 5 in QA, I attended Deloitte interview. First round was technical and it went quite well, they asked lot of theory questions. I answered few and quite I was not sure of answers. She gave feedback like my communication and confidence level is good and project wise I'm having good knowledge and coming to concept wise it's not upto the mark for experience. My joining date mentioned in IBM Offer letter which I received just a while ago is second week of November, 2021. However, I have 90 days notice period. It also says to accept within 3 days and a clause is written that joining date can be revised only till 5 days. Will ibm revise my joining date ? I am very anxious it's too late so I cant even call recruiter.
