I interviewed for a role at Google spanning about 6-7 months with 7 (interviews + coffee chats+ screening) . At the end of the, verbal offer was discussed with salary discussions but unfortunately I was told there wasn’t budget for the role.Role has been reposted 5 months after. Should I reach out to hiring manager, recruiter or should I close that chapter? I’m still interested in the role but if the recruiter didn’t reach out after all the interactions, I’m assuming needs have changed

I have an interview coming up in a few weeks for SRE manager position at google. I’m mostly worried about coding aspect of the interview. I’ve selected systems engineering track. recruiter said I would be interviewed on scripting. Not sure what that entails. Would really appreciate some pointers to help prep for the interview.
