Hi Fishes,
Does Deloitte USI have any cool down period, if you apply and do not get any response from the company? I had previously applied in a role, but didn't hear back from them. So, I'm planning to try to apply via referral this time and I'm wondering if I should use the same e-mail ID or a different one! Deloitte USI

When looking at quality of life i think Pune is wise choice to settle than Gurgaon
That's true
Comparing the cost of living and quality definitely Pune is better. Even better if you're currently living on rent in gurgaon and haven't invested heavily like buying flat, cars etc.
It would also depend on your personal preference like some people wish to stay closer to extended families.
The proximity to native place (Punjab) is definitely one factor.
Gurgaon is fine. We have better infrastructure in Gurgaon. Only difference is climate, which I guess shouldn’t be that big of a concern. Dont leave native place
Receiving mixed reviews about thoughtworks, there are less projects in the Android tech stack, people sitting on the bench, major reorg happening, culture deteriorating.. that leads to confusion
I have worked in Pune, bangalore for more than a decade and currently working in Delhi (native).
Pune is a wonderful place but considering your "current situation" it would be better to continue in Gurgaon itself.
If you ever make a move from Gurgaon then it should be either to Hyderabad or to Bangalore.
Other locations are not worth the hassle of relocation if you are holding similar offers.
Sure thanks
If gurgaon is ur native then y to spend a lot relocating for 1 lakh diff? If not then u can relocate
My native place is Punjab
