I recently got an offer from Citi for C11 Java developer role. But I am hearing a lot of negative reviews for Citi. Should I be worried about the job security? Can I expect any stability here? The role is in Functions Technology unit. What kind of work I can expect here?

Does anyone feel like it’s difficult to gain acceptance and find allies when you’re a POC?
