For background checks... who do you guys use and would you be willing to share monthly membership fee/cost per check? I currently use HireRight and have been happy overall... but I don't feel that it's very competitive at $48/check. Thanks in advance!

We use GoodHire, but I think that might be slightly more expensive. Love the service, though, so it's worth it to us.

This is what we use as well and we really like it.

It's actually one of the cheaper ones that I've used in the past.

I think HireRight might actually be one of the cheaper ones out there. Unfortunately that means it's also fairly annoying to use lol.

ADP is $65 a check and slow. Three weeks turnaround sometime

Is this legal? My spouses company just decided to change their comp structure for account managers. It was base + comm, now it’s commission only but nothing changed, OT commission is the same, didn’t get more points, just took away the base pay and said work harder basically. So now they have to worker harder to get $50k they were already making. (Not a decision based on employee performance, they’ve been crushing it.
