I was working in a project for 2 years and it is now ended and i am in bench for 3 months but just 3 days before I was tagged in a dummy project(They dont need me, just for account sake the allocated me from backend). Now I have to get my appraisal rating. It should be 4 because since we are wims candidate we need to get 4 rating in our final year. Now who can i keep as L1 manager. Can i keep my previous manager as additional manager. Can he able to influence and give me 4 rating?
