Hi guys, I’ve cleared all my rounds in zscaler, yet waiting on the offer letter and it’s been 2 weeks. HR said that there is an internal reorg going on in the US with a lot of changes in higher level management who approve offers.
Has this happened before? Should I have hope?

I’m intrigued but I want to know 2 things:
1. Culture/WLB - how is it?
2. Realistic market opportunity/opportunity to crush quota (obv dependent on many things)

Background: Currently making 95k/160k OTE at a boutique research and consulting firm. I’m happy but we’re extremely flat with little to no opp for promotion in the next 2+ years.

How can you gauge whether a LMM pe shop with limited past employees has a good culture or not? I’m interviews with a few but feel like I have no clue if itll be sweaty, chill, etc. What questions can I ask to get insight into this?

Hi All, i am CA currently working with Deloitte USI i got an offer from Zscaler for SEC reporting team for senior analyst post for chandigarh at 17LPA fixed no bonus no stocks. My Promotion is due in deloitte in June 23 after promotion fixed plus bonus will surpass current offer of Zscaler. I doubt if i make a switch to industry it will be difficult for me to Join big 4 again
what should i do should i switch or stay at deloitte? please suggest
