Lost 30 pounds and have kept up with it for the last 6 months. It’s much more sustainable than anything else I’ve ever tried
It works
I ate ~1 pound of meat per meal and snacked all the time. First week is rough as your body transitions from carb dependency to fat burning but after that my energy levels were so much higher and the weight dropped
Lost 50 lbs in 45 days, switched to regular food and exercise after. Kept all the weight off no issue
Just started Keto with IF. I’ll let y’all know.
I did about two months of 0-15 carbs per day, then slowly moved out to ~50 carbs. Most of my carbs came from sauces/dressing for meats and salads respectively
Keto (or just a low carb diet) has really worked well for me multiple times. When I was 19 I lost about 70 pounds in 5 months but was working out daily at that time and wasn’t traveling weekly. Most recently I did Keto IF and only ate 12-7pm working out every other day and lost about 25 pounds in 5 weeks. First week with no/low carb is tough but you feel great after that
Just started it, I better lose some pounds soon

Were you starving? How did you feel in the 45 days?
I started doing IF, not keto though, about a month ago. Lost some weight. Then fell off the wagon and gained it all back. Now have to start over 😫
On a somewhat serious note, if keto works insanely well for you then you might want to get your thyroid related hormones (T3, T4, etc) tested. Long story short I crushed the weight loss game and then found out it was probably because I had thyroid cancer which meant I had hypothyroidism which low carb/high protein diets are recommended in addition to meds. Probably low shot this applies to many people (hopefully) but better safe than sorry!
