For those of you in healthcare related account management, what is your healthcare background? I am clinical and getting ready to hire a higher level account manager. I am really biased toward people with clinical/in hospital experience because, quite frankly, healthcare is a different beast - lots of hand holding and change management. I’m about to give my notice at a firm I’ve been at for the majority of my legal career. They’ve recently offered me non-equity partnership (which I’ve accepted), w equity partnership on the horizon. However, I’ve been annoyed with their way of running the business and getting between me and my earnings far too long; and I received a lucrative offer to go in-house. Today evening I got technical interview assigned mail with meeting invitation for today afternoon itself. It is very confusing to me.

I have been assigned to a Unbillable Project, they are building one app and have recruited people from the talent pool. The project is not registered in GLOW. And they are calling it as Voluntary Contribution type project for studio. Is this what they call Internal Project in Globant?
Will there be any impact if I don't perform as per their expectations?
Will it be of any benefit to me if work in voluntary project? Will HR recognize this project contribution as valid work?
