Need your help with an epf account transfer rejection issue. My account transfer got rejected by Field office citing 2 reasons:
1. Eps on higher wage
2. Father's name differs

I have checked my father's name on previous and present employer but it's the same. I have checked form 13 also.
Eps on higher wage: I saw a video saying if pf contri is more this is an issue, can someone pls help me with this?
Need to transfer past employer Account to current employer.
Prev company - Aon

Deloitte USI is offering me 15LPA fixed and 1lack joining bonus and HCL offering me 23LPA fixed. I've tried to negotiate with deloitte but they are not ready to negotiate and asking me to join on the same CTC which was initially provided. I'm confused to select the company. JPMC - 28L Fixed.

Recently obtained my aPHR and I’m considering next steps in advancing my career. I am eligible to sit for the SHRM-CP presently and will not be able to sit for a PHR until 09/2023. Any pros/cons with either certification? Should I wait to sit for PHR or go for SHRM-CP now?
