Need your suggestion on below query. Currently I am working as Sap Tm functional consultant in Deloitte India and I got offer from Robert Bosch SDS.

Current fixed salary 17 lakh
Robert Bosch offer : 25 lakh fixed.

Recently promoted to Senior consultant but no idea about hike % as I need to wait till end of June.

Pls suggest me is it good to go for Robert Bosch SDS ?

I have got two offers
1. Genpact - 27 CTC (24 fixed + 10% variable plus gratuity) Manager level
2. Airbus - 23 CTC + 5 L JB
I really wanted to work with Airbus but they are not budging from the offer of 23 even after I told them I have a better offer from Genpact with better position. HR said they will come back..

Hi, I am a tier 2 b-school graduate (major:ops, minor: IT), lost my campus offer and currently working in a c2h role and it was not an MBA opening. My previous work experience is in ITIL process management and service reporting. Can anyone suggest skills I should try acquiring to get to a decent role. Most of the openings I see for MBA candidates require experience in ERP modules which is not something I can acquire via courses. Any suggestions will be helpful.
