I will say this I love working with the students . I love getting to know them . I smile to myself when I go to work . I still feel this way after last week being asked my three different people about doing something where I told them that I was not going to do. following day I was then ambushed by admin (where I have never felt more like nothing. Joined this platform yesterday. The first thing I observed was that almost everyone here has super high salary packages, the minimum that I saw was 40LPA. I am currently at 14LPA with almost 7 YOE in FMCG Category Management. Need guidance on how can I increase my package. Looking at the salaries here, even I am motivated to be in 1Cr club.

I have an offer with TCS. 2 weeks more for joining date. BGV is done and they are asking me to confirm by today EOD.
If I deny , will I be blacklisted forever ? I don't want to join TCS for now as I have a better offer .
