Why is it standard culture in Indian IT companies to make dev team help with testing when we have bandwidth and testing team has work? Why should we do their work when the reverse never happens?🙄🙂

What's stopping you from opening your own small business along with your day job? You could earn a lot without much effort. We all are educated people, working in MNCs, very good at what we do then why not earn more? You could open small business such as fast food corner or even small restaurant. This does not stop us doing our day job, after setting up your business you can just recruit right people seeing it and only small input would be needed from you. Opinion?
