Had a final round at BCG last Friday. After the interviews they said that the would release results today. Then I got an email today saying they will only give the results on the next Friday. Recently I saw a colleague at VOISS got promoted to Deputy General Manager position ( don't want to disclose gender, as it will attract noise). So that person started as a fresher in 2015 and after 2018 every year got promoted from Assistant Manager to DM to SM to DGM. I have worked there and have seen people crying to get promoted even after 5 years in a role and being exceptional. For what I know about this organisation its full of dirty politics and Manager bootlicking (gender favorism).
