The work culture is very very bad, worse than service based.
New employees are assigned stories immediately after onboarding with no guidance. No defined working hours and more than 90% of employees work from around 10 AM to 11 PM and some are attending meetings 7 AM,many people were working until 10 to 11 PM even on December 31st and few teams already started working on weekends.

Should I get a CPA for Transaction Due Diligence?
I’m a new grad working in FDD and I’m trying to decide if becoming a CPA is worth it. I do not plan on staying in accounting in the future. I’m more interested in strategy work. I certainly do not want to do Audit. Would you recommend getting the CPA considering my career aspirations? Do you think it’s worth it? If not, what is the best way to use my time efficiently?
