Hello fishes - My below offers are in pipeline. Which one would be better in terms of Learning, WLB, job security, overall? Nagarro : 33 LPA (including 5% variable)
Wissen Technology (Morgan Stanley project): 34 Fixed
Tech: ReactJS
YOE: 6.5
My analysis: Nagarro giving WFH permanent but project allocation would be done after onboarding. So, not sure how the project would be in terms of learning and WLB
Wissen Technology: Project is fixed. But office is too far from my home - around 2 hrs.

You have to take this as a blessing in disguise. If you have 90 days notice period take initial offer and with 1.5 months left try for good companies and higher CTC.

Almost every other company if you have the skillls and interview goes well, also there's an open demand to fill. These days for every 1 position there's 4 more candidate on hold by HR in case offered one backs out.
I wonder what they do with the rest if the offered one joins? Will they cancel the offer for the others, but that's not justified because they might have resigned eyeing to join this organisation.
Most of the company have 90 days of notice. And all of them should agree for 90 days on notice until it is not an urgent requirement where HRs cant wait for 90 days. Most of the companies i worked for have 90 days of notice and next companies agreed for 90 days notice. Few examples are Accenture, Mindtree, LTI, Deloitte, cognizant.. List would be much longer but one should keep trying and will end up with an offer for sure.
