i would say ...take onsite ...should be the best decision....
you can switch later in life too ...but onsite is rare

Where was this on-site position before resignation?
Managers are awarded if they were able to retain some employees.
The only option left to them these days is to create fake on-site opportunity.
They are trying their best ,you go ahead with the best....if on-site opportunity is there for you it will be created in other company as well...
These days tcs management is instructed to apply these cheap tactics

Management 101 - whenever someone resigns, create a fake onsite opportunity and offer it to the employee.

This whole setup is fake. If they actually need a resource that too on immediate basis of 20 days, were they waiting for someone to resign so that only that person will be sent onsite?, makes no sense at all.

In Frankfurt you will be getting on avg 60-65K euros without kids you will be 40% taxable with additional health and other Insurances on top.
Apartment costs are really high 2Zimmer that is 1 BHK is around 1100 euros with additional utility charges, shared would be around 600-700euros.
So if you plan to switch in Europe you should go else from savings perspective I dont see much here. It you are able to fetch 1.5-2L per month fixed in India stay here.
