I have cleared 2 technical rounds in LTI MINDTREE after that I have cleared the Client Round as well. Then they shared the pre interview documents mail. Further they told wait for HR discussion/round.

I wait till one month after Client Round, now i got the update from hr they told, this position got on hold. No hiring further for this position.

What might be the reason behind this ?? Anyone face this situation currently?

Anyone read the changing world order by Ray Dalio? His thoughts on where the US is headed have me very concerned, specifically how it seems more and more likely neither side is going to accept defeat in 2024. What happens then? Hopefully not legitimate armed conflict.

Look for cultural moments that you can adapt? Look through award show books? Scroll YouTube videos until 3am?

I know that every brief and every idea is different, but I’m more interested in the process and what you’re creative routine is to get the wheels turning.

Initially I asked HR not to release the offer letter. Only received the salary breakup. It has been more than 1 week since I asked not to release the offer letter. Can I ask again for releasing the offer letter? Or I will need to wait for another 6 months to apply ?
