I got offer from qualitest as X amount fixed. Did u ppl get salary breakup for ctc?

I have got offer from QualiTest. How is the company? Work life balance? Do they fire people?

I have 3.9 year of experience in automation testing selenium and java. And have IBM offer of 8.93 and Now I have cleared interview of qualitest as well, how much should I ask from qualitest over 8.93 offer ?

I'm attending Qualitest interview tomorrow for the skillset of Selenium, Java and Automation. Any suggestions as how to prepare?
