Hello Fishes, please let me know how are projects in BCMA department under ICG group in city bank. I have an offer from city which I have not yet accepted considering many negative reviews of work culture in City. How do you create the visual direction of a print campaign for example? Is it generally just about creating a mood board that sets the look and feel? Should it be specific (as in drawing or illustrating) with the pose and the framing?

Cause my thinking is more of the former where you give the photographer their own take of the idea. Curious to know how you do it.

Working on some law firm applications tonight and it sucks that I know that I am so capable and have a strong work ethic but firms can’t see beyond grades or the fact that I didn’t go to a t14 law school or prestigious undergrad. I’ve worked twice as hard and feel like I’ve barely even gotten half as much. It’s discouraging sometimes especially because I worked so hard with pretty much no guidance (first gen, poc, low-income) to get into college and do well and then get into a t30 law school

Things are apparently going to get better after a client will be leaving, I’ll get to work on different brands but I am feeling pretty burnt out from the agency I’m at. Will new clients help?
