I've an offer from MasterCard and DOJ is 5 Jan , my LWD at current organisation is 10 Jan. Even though HR has verbally confirmed that they will shift the DOJ and share a new offer letter , I haven't received a single email stating that even after 6 followup emails , the HR simply calls up and tells they will do.
Now my current org has been pushing hard to retain me
My dilemma is should I retain because I still have no visibility of DOJ yet and feel at risk.
