I attended two rounds of interview with Infosys, one is online and another is offline. Still not got any feedback from HR, but in portal showing as 'Decision Pending'.
No salary discussions also happen, any idea how many days it will take or any further rounds??

I have 10 YoE in the Customer Support field, making 68k currently as a lead agent. I applied for a supervisor role, above my current role, and didn't get it.

I’m currently a Grade 11 at Cisco. With the recent pay structure changes my annual comp will be $150k + 12% bonus. I live in a large metro area in the middle of the US. I’m looking to move around the company so that I can make commission but I don’t want to be an account manager. Can anyone tell me if there are Customer Success Managers, etc positions that manage customers post sale and have a similar range base as me with commission plans? I’m just trying to understand income potential.

I have a counter offer with more package than the Microsoft. Do they have a policy of blacklist the candidate if I change my mind after accepting the offer?
