Hii Guys, Could anyone give me some clarity on the below point. I have cleared 2nd round of technical interview at Deloitte, but my candidature is still showing as interview in progress at Deloitte careers page. I had a discussion with HR on this and she told me that next process is pending from management side. It's been almost 10 days since from 2 nd round of interview. How much more time does it gonna take, any idea? Or is it normal. Please help me with this 🙏🙏 .Deloitte

You should focus on preserving whatever points are hardest for you to acquire.
Also, how much is the flight worth? Because 60k United can be long haul J on a good partner. If you’re burning 60k on a $650 domestic trip I wouldn’t even use points.
Would be a shame to burn all your Delta points for a messily 1cpp redemption just to price yourself out of a flash sale (for example, I went to Colombia for 6k).

Yes, that’s correct. Also for Delta, they have dynamic award pricing so they almost always are roughly ~1.1cpp or (at least 1cpp, you can redeem delta miles at .01 cents).
When using points, download the In Points We Trust conversion matrix and always search partner airlines for the route too.
like D1 said above, cpp is your focus. I just got a Delta One ticket to Europe for 40k points by booking through Virgin Atlantic (partner airline). That's a solid $6,000 flight.
Booked leg there about two months ago. Leg back last week.

60k on UA to puerto rico? If it's not first class, then it's YN/everyday award and I would not burn those for it. Delta ties the mileage to cash ticket so you get what you get. I would do Delta if you absolutely want to use miles/points.
In other words, shouldn't I just choose whichever flight costs me the least number of points?
