Hi I came to know from my ex colleague that many people are on bench in EY and only have maximum 3 months of time. If they cannot find project then they are asked to resign. Is this really true? Are there not enough projects really? He told that his friend was for 2 months on bench and HR set up a meeting and tol that only one more month will be given to get deployed.

But still I can find so many jobs posted on Linkedin and in job portals. So is it safe to join EY now?
