Are there any additional deductions from the first salary of new hires?

I have 2 offers Infosys and CGI(CGI being the higher CTC)

Can I ask infosys yo revise my CTC based on CGI offer after accepting.Will they revoke it?

1. Deloitte USI - Analyst - 7.5 Lpa fixed + 75k variable + 3 lac joining bonus

2. EY India - Associate consultant - 8 Lpa fixed + 1.44 lpa variable + 2 lac joining bonus.

Does EY follow bands for different ranks? I have seen so different salary for same ranks and people at higher rank are earning less than people at low rank.
