Would anyone from Big 4, MBB, and Kearney be willing to give me some idea on why I’m not getting any first round interviews? Even with referrals I can’t even get a phone screen. I have great work experience with documented success. But it is 2 years of FT, 1 year of internship, and just graduated from a non-target MBA. Is it I’m asking for too much for associate?
