Im a third year and my current firm isn't bad and I'm pretty comfortable here. Im satisfied most of the time. There is one firm I've been keeping my eyes on because of its similarities to where I currently am (nice people, similar hours, culture).

Im a bit burned out now and I would love to take a long break. I'm hoping I can take a break (2 months) between the transition but is this a good reason to move though? Would you move in my situation? Im sure there will be a signing bonus.

I am expecting an offer from Oracle Digital, Consulting with about 60% hike (25 LPA fixed + Variable at 5.2 YOE) from current pay package and a role of principal consultant.
A few questions I have regarding this.

1. What are the perks/employee ben there?
2. How is the work life balance?
3. How is the hike and bonus?
4. How is the scope of moving to development centre of Oracle - IDC?

Finally, what do you guys think about the pay package, should I be targetting a higher pay package?

I need an advice/suggestion here. I got an offer from 2 different organisations and choose one among them (Role: Analyst) because of the culture and benefits. And the other offer has a good pay and good designation (Associate Consultant) rather than the one I choose. Now i feel very low due to this decision that I took.
