Hi I completed 2nd round of interview in GE Vernova Its been 3-4 days and i haven’t got any call back. Should I wait or expect for callback? I tried to contact HR but he is not responding. So just wanted to know should i wait their process is slow or should i accept that i might have been rejected

Since we are a smaller company we have to come up with solutions or work harder get things done. I would say I do some managerial work now and train new staff.
