Any insights on GE Appliances as a company

Hi Fishes,
I got offer from persistent with 31lpa.
But most of the compensation they added into skill bonus-1400000. Due to that my basic salary is low- 50k as compared to my cctc basic salary, which is 63k with 19.5lpa.
Is it normally happening with everyone joining to persistent?
Can Persistent increase basic salary component and reduce the skill bouns?
I asked hr to increase my basic, but she mentioned that it’s system generated and standard format, vary cmpny to cmpny.
Plz help me out guys.

What happens if I say never did? Idk my results from the drug test, maybe I smoked a bowl in the last few weeks, can’t say for sure. How does this work?

I want to show counter offer of 20 lpa to LTI and ask for 20% hike that is 24 lpa. Will LTI give that kind of hike ? Please share your advice on this. and also which company to join.
