Hi, I completed my interviews on Feb 20 and was told I was selected for the Associate Consultant role, and the offer would be released in 2 weeks. However, I haven't received any communication since then. I tried reaching the HR via email, call, and LinkedIn but got no response. I checked my portal its showing like "Rejected after interview" in yellow which has left me confused. Kindly help me understand the status.

Will this be an issue in joining...
