Whoever is being told about 60 days notice period, should highlight this to Evernorth Senior Management even before joining, with specific name of the person who is telling you this.
This is very bad practice they are indulging in, and they should not do it. It appears they are doing with everyone.
Ask Senior Management whether they are aware of this lie being peddled or not. Most likely they will feign ignorance, then ask them how can vendors working for them peddle this lie all around on such massive scale? What image does this portray of the organisation amongst candidates?
And for the vendor HRs of ANSR, If you want to put them to silence while hearing this lie, ask them why are they not mentioning it in offer letter, and ask them if they can at least confirm it in writing via the evernorth email id.
Just ask HR and get the answers in written before resigning in your current company ..otherwise you would have no choice just to accept your fate .

Query 2: In Offer letter they have mentioned that Appointment letter, Employee handbook consists some other policies, may I know is there any important policies which they skipped in Offer letter?

Appointment letter is having usual legal T&Cs, nothing important, except the mention of notice period (which is missing in offer letter).
Query 3: Related to meals benefit, Is Rs.150/- limit sufficient for 2 times meals?
For 2 times yes 70 rs thali but it is becoming bad from past
So it depends on diet but normally it's not sufficient atleast 200-250
Not sure if there is any policy change. Ask clearly, if it got changed.
