Pretax 8% into 401k, save ~10% of net pay. Been working just over a year now and important to note I put about 25% of net pay towards paying off student loans and another 25% on living expenses. Will bump up the 401k contribution to 10% when I have my loans paid off in another year or so

Why 401k and not roth?

EY... what happens to the remaining ~40%?

Up to match 6% and save 25%

P1, tax?

I increase my net worth by 40% of my pretax income between saving for retirement, other goals and paying down debt

20% 401k, $100 in Roth every month then I tap it off to the max at eoy, rest goes into liquid savings for a down payment minus expenses.

15% to retirement, maybe $50 of each paycheck to savings and then the rest to debt payment and just living

I max out my 401k contributions at 8% pre tax and 9% Roth 401. After that another 10% goes to buying ACN stocks. Then I try to save $250 per paycheck to build my emergency fund but that's the hardest part bc I usually spend too much money at that point on other stuff.

6% goes to 401k, and I try and save 50% of my take home.

I am defending an eviction for a client who has given possession of the property (as of Nov. 30). Plaintiff’s complaint has one claim – possession. They did request relief for attorney’s fees. NJT/Final Hearing commenced 10/27, was only 30 min and was therefore continued to 12/20. Plaintiff had counsel at that time but they are no longer represented.  I want to file something notifying Court that Plaintiff claim is now moot, making sure that judgment is not entered that hurts (cont'd)..
