I’ve been in tech sales for 20+ years. Have an opportunity to take a position at a tech company in Sales Enablement. Anyone have some insight into this type of role? Is it interesting, challenging, collaborative?
Thinking about coaching others in sales could be fun for me at this stage.
Would love some input as this is a new field unfamiliar with.

I'd like to be in the design industry (Graphic Design or UI UI Design). Currently I am freelancing in my spare time. My question to Design professionals is: how feasible will the switch be? Will I be accepted as an intern/junior designer in my early 30s?

Friendly tip: Don't burn bridges even with those who are leaving - our industry is small (even in Manhattan) and you will almost certainly see that person again if you stay in pharma

I really want something that’s remote and steady, any recommendations on how to spruce myself up?

I am interested in getting the AWS Cloud Practitioner cert (foundational). I’m tech-savvy, but have not been involved in Cloud work. Any idea on how difficult the exam is?

I have two offers in hand. KPMG and Deloitte. CTC is almost same whereas variable is more in KPMG. I am inclined towards Deloitte India. But HR in KPMG told me that I won't be able to join KPMG India in future as I accepted their offer. I informed her within 2 weeks and didn't do anything for onboarding. I didn't ask to increase the amount or JB and I strongly believe I informed early so they can look for other candidates. Is this bluff? Any HR here to clarify

I work as a Solution Specialist (sales rep) at an Authorizer Verizon retailer. Phone/wireless sales is not something I want to do forever. I have 4 years mobile sales experience and 3 additional years of niche sales/ customer service experience. I’m feeling stuck and every career/job move fells it is a step backwards. Wondering what people think about my situation. I’ve been offered a role with a company. The job description didn’t mention college degree as a requirement. On my CV I have a section listed as “Education” and under it I have “Business Studies” with the university name and the 3 years that I attended the course (2.5 to be exact). I’ve worked in sales for 12 years (8 years retail sales and management, 4 years inside tech sales and management). I’m feeling the burn and looking for something else in the tech field. I’m making $140k. I have a college degree but no marketing, engineering, or product experience. What other departments/jobs could I jump to and still keep close to my OTE? I’m pretty good at Salesforce and have thought about a SFDC admin type role, but that’s all I’ve thought of so far.

Any advice on transitioning from medical sales to tech sales. I’ve been a top performing rep (ranked first and second) two out of the last three years at my current company and was top 5% at my previous company. My wife is in sales at Mercedes and she has been averaging $200k a year and growing YoY. She loves her job, however she works long days and barely gets time off. We plan on having kids within the next year or two, and it’s highly u likely that she’ll be able to keep her current gig.
