As much as I want to join, I just know that I'll fail miserably since I'm at night owl and sleep at like 2am 😭
Baby steps. It takes small changes to make a big difference.
I've done this on and off. It's very tricky if you're working with folks who have different expectations of when you should be available, and it's very easy to stay up past 10pm without realizing that you're screwing up your day. But, when I'm in a 5am groove, it's fantastic
I don’t think you should give up because you can’t be 100% consistent.
I’d rather hit my goal 50% of the time than 0%.
The biggest lesson I’ve taken away from this health journey is that life happens. Don’t feel bad about missing days. Main thing is to get back to normal when things are better
I’m a 6am ET guy about 50% of the time lol

I am interested in the healthy sleep/wake schedule. I don’t have any problem waking up, it’s really hard for me to go to bed early 😬. I try to go to bed at 10 but usually end up being awake for few hours.
I can sleep early, but waking up early is hard for me. Has happened only on rare occasions. I liked the calm, solitude at the time. I’ll check that book out
This was my schedule prior to COVID. Made me feel accomplished to get up at 5am and get my workout done before going to work. But sadly I have gotten very lazy due to COVID. Currently trying to get myself back on track. I have been waking up at 6am but haven’t been motivated to workout that early.
