I got an offer in infosys for 7LPA including 15% variable pay
and in HCL tech 8LPA including 11%(variable pay in that 5% is fixed)

the basic pay of infosys is 10k higher than hcl tech. but overall inhand salary is higher in hcl tech compared with infosys

which one should I choose?

every one is say hcl tech won't give hike or promotion
compared with infosys how much will be difference?
