I had an offer from infosys and DOJ is 25 aug 2025,but my last working day is on 08-09-2025.
Will HR extend my joining date. I have sent an email today.

I informed them that my notice period is 90 days.
They agreed and released the offer.

My current manger is not helpful in early release.
Just wanted to know few experiences regarding the same.

Question for F🐠. Someone asks you to keep them company via text, social media, maybe a phone call sometime etc. You'll be payed to do this. Would you do it? And what are your terms?

I need to know the notice period.
I am currently in probation period and there is still 1 month left for my probation to end.
In my offer letter it is mentioned that any probationary employee should give 1 month written notice before leaving. So I am confused if it is 90 days or 1 month.

Can anyone tell me what will be the probation period?

We Indians are so poor we can't think anything else except money. Whole Fishbowl is all about YOe and Salary. No one interested about if any company doing any innovation or not. B-Tech colleges put ads with Package and Campusing only. Almost 99% Indian YouTube thumbnail is like "5 lakh to 40 lakh", "Interview Experience in bracket 50Lpa" etc.. Hardly we can see Foreign Editorial things marked with Packages.

I have been giving interview from last 2 months and yet I haven't got a single offer and people here are getting multiple offers. Even if interview goes nice, I would get rejection mail.

I guess Luck matters a lot even if you perform well. There would be always someone who will do better than you.
