Hi, I have 1+ year of HR recruiting experience with an MBA in HR and finance. I want to transition to either data analytics or Python full stack development. Although advised to stick with HR due to risks, I believe now is the right time to learn new technologies. With no financial constraints and savings to invest in learning, I seek advice on the best path forward. Should I continue in HR or pursue learning Python or data analytics?
