I have a offer from Optum, my total years of experience is 11 and I have been offered with SG 28, Business Analyst Consultant, fixed salary is 32 LPA. Please advice if I am underpaid for this role and designation in Optum? What is the salary range of SG27? Considering I don't have any other offer, I think I have to join Optum. Please advice.

So wanna run something by you all. Looking at insurance plans. There are 4 plans that allow an HSA. 3 of the 4 are identical.

But my project is working only on back end with 10 years old tech stack. There is no front end work at all. What should I do?
