Where can I expect better data science domain expertise (In my previous companies I found very less understanding of Data Science practices as team)? Heared good things about both of these. Also hearing Tiger is expanding rapidly and getting some crap projects as well in the name of data science. Could someone put light on these things?

Hi guys, I got an offer from x and i discussed that with my current. At 1st current said they can only give 30% increment. I said I can't stay with this cause i got 70% and expect at least 50%(as the 70% included VP and the current org don't have vp, they have bonus). Then they said they can do max 45%.
