I have a query regarding my employment history. I stopped reporting to my first company on Nov 29th and was absconded, but end date in the EPFO records is listed as Dec 9. I also received a relieving letter from this company.
Meanwhile, I joined a second company on Dec 2 . Second company does not have a PF account, so it does not reflect in EPFO records. However, during BGC by third-party verification agencies, this company is showing up.Could someone suggest how to resolve this overlap?

Started talking to this guy through group a group telegram and one day he offered to pay for my lunch as I had helped him out with something. Since then he has been offering to pay for my dinners, salon visits, shopping etc and I have accepted 3-4 times. I am in a steady relationship and my boyfriend doesn’t know about this. The other guy just says he likes paying for my stuff and there’s no agenda. Is this a little weird?

When I joined my current company, we were on a quarterly bonus structure with guaranteed payouts each quarter. This was, in fact, how the recruiter said he could meet my salary request.

The company just announced we are moving to annual payouts only, with no payments for 2023 until May 2024. There are no raises happening.

This amounts to 12% less money in my pocket in 2023 plus inflation.

Is this standard, or should I be looking for opportunities elsewhere?
