I have a question about CPA certification. I am currently at a supervisor position in private client services and I am ready to move to the manager level. In public accounting is it required to have CPA if i have to apply to big 4 or can your skipp and years of experience makes up for it.l? Are there any other possible certifications other than CPA to move ahead?

One of my out of state REs is suggesting that birth control for three weeks before having starting a cycle. I consulted with another RE previously and he noted that he doesn’t recommend birth control for too long when planning an ivf cycle since it can impact response to fertility medication. Does this sound right ?

Any tips on how to bring in clients to the firm? I do L&E and one of the things my firm goes over during annual evals is whether we bring in business, even for third year associates.

I accepted an offer from Cognizant for a consultant position a little less than a month ago. My joining date is 5th September and I would need visa sponsorship. I have completed my pre joining formalities and background verification. The thing is I haven’t heard from HR in a while and no update as yet on visa sponsorship process. Should I be worried?
